Primary Services is seeking an Account Specialist to join our clients' team! As an Account Specialist, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer support to our business, commercial, industrial, national, and government customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer requests and complaints, resolving issues effectively and maintaining a positive relationship with our valued customers. With a deep understanding of the residential solar financing industry, you will serve as a knowledgeable resource and escalation point for clients, providing solutions to their queries and challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Become an expert in both financing and sales/operations workflows to address customer inquiries with precision.
• Serve as a knowledge resource and escalation point, effectively assisting customers with their concerns and questions.
• Document customer interactions with accurate and detailed logs to maintain a comprehensive record.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and management to maintain quality standards and achieve service level goals.
• Proactively identify and escalate potential issues or anomalies to management, ensuring timely resolution.
• Recommend improvements to internal support tools and contribute to scalable solutions for our growing customer base.
• Create a positive work environment by collaborating with teammates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in relevant fields, such as customer service, sales, customer accounting, claims, or revenue recovery.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency using SaaS software.
• Experience in the solar industry or a keen interest to learn more about the solar sector.
• Bilingual candidates with Spanish speaking proficiency are preferred.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience is a plus.
