BoConcept Bay Area has been present since 2008 with currently 3 retail locations, another one in progress, and a local warehouse.

• About the Job

Your role will be a key factor in a smooth and extraordinary customer journey.
You will be a BoConcept ambassador with undivided attention to our customers, offering them support throughout their showroom visit.
As our a Sales & Design Consultant, we will be counting on your
attention to detail, integrity, passion, creativity, team spirit, and a “can-do” attitude.

You must have the ability to comfortably engage with people, build strong
relationships, deliver service excellence and always be ready to go the extra kilometer.

We will be expecting you to feel comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment while
juggling own tasks and responsibilities with a seamless overlap to colleagues and
clients.

• What do we expect from you?

- A self-starter; motivated and highly organized- Proactive in your approach to developing leads and new business- Previous experience with interior design or selling furniture would be valued- Sales and result-driven- Continually strives to deliver exceptional customer service and self-development- High school diploma/ GED or equivalent preferred- Ability to work as part of a team with co-workers and managers

• What do we offer?

Full-time (40h)
Base Salary starting at $36,000 (3K monthly)
Monthly commission: $250 to 5K monthly (base on sales)
Performance bonus (quarterly/yearly): $500 to 1K monthly
