SHK Partners, Inc is looking for a self-starter to join our team as the new Full Time Customer Service Sales Representative!

Full Time Customer Service Sales Representative responsibilities include:

• One on One Retail Sales and Customer Service
• Participate in Digital Educational Material (e.g. videos and live zoom meetings)
• Evaluate Results After Training Sessions
• Monitor Sales Objectives and Results
• Identify Challenges and Solutions to Increase Productivity
• Help Increase the Overall Performance of Sales
• Scheduled Feedback Sessions with Manager About Training and Courses

Requirements

• Proven Work Experience with the Public (e.g. Bartender, Server, Sales or Similar)
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
• Punctual While Managing Training Cycle, In-Person Activities and Web-Based Learning
• Solid Communication and Presentation Abilities
• Training Experience or Leadership Certification is a Plus
• Pass Online Certifications with Provided Training
• Reliable Transportation
