Compensation: Base salary $22-$28/hr plus commission

Job title: Medspa Sales Manager

Seeking a Medspa Manager for new Medical Spa in Delray Beach. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years minimum experience working front desk and back office of a Medspa with proven sales/management experience. Thorough understanding of injectable products, such as dermal fillers, neurotoxins, lasers, medical grade skin care products, IV infusion and weight loss programs. Ability to sell and upsell treatment packages and memberships. Working understanding of Medspa Booking Software. Aesthetician/Laser Tech license preferred. Social Media knowledge and marketing experience required. He/She will be responsible for overseeing sales, operations, leading and managing staff and ensuring company deliverables are met. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies
Prepare operational and financial sales department reports
Oversee the management and coordination of staff
Coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize spa exposure and profitability
Oversee growth of client database and manage client retention
Supervise staff to ensure all deliverables are being met
Provide excellent customer service and client relationship management
Ability to multitask and work independently
Must be a Professional, Dedicated and Honest Team Player

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
4+ years experience in sales
Strong Sales and Leadership skills
