Pay: Hourly + Commission

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an in-store lead setter, you will promote customer satisfaction by engaging with customers and generating booking HVAC

leads and appointments through Tiger Services.

Because we offer top-of-the-line products and services, we need top-of -the-line lead setters who genuinely care about the customers and look at this opportunity as not a job but as a career. Tiger Services has an amazing training program and will

teach the right candidate how to be successful.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A sales-driven, goal oriented, self-motivated personality and a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills.
• Ability to walk the floor during working hours to increase custom interactions.
• Willingness/ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
• Strong desire to be better at your job tomorrow than you are today.
• Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal driven environment.
• Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.1-3 years of professional sales experience (can include inside/outside sales, sales development, sales management,
• insurance sales, prospecting development, or independent sales)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous plumbing or HVAC experience (preferred)
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Some college courses in sales, marketing, or business administration (preferred)
