Bespoke Permanent Cosmetics is a leading company in the Permanent makeup Industry known for its high-quality services and exceptional customer satisfaction. We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Receptionist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the company's continued growth and success.
This is an entry level and as a Sales Receptionist, you will be the first contact with clients and responsible of driving sales and building strong customer relationships. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions to meet their requirements. You will play a key role in promoting our products/services, negotiating deals, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the beauty Industry.
A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals successfully.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Availability to travel if required.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, or customers with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Answering incoming phone calls providing information about products, services, or promotions to potential customers.
- Assisting with customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Managing appointments, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with team members.
- Processing sales transactions, invoicing, and handling cash or credit card payments.
- Collaborating with the sales managing and updating customer databases or CRM systems with relevant information.
- Keeping track of inventory, supplies, and order requests for sales materials.
- Assisting in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, or marketing materials.
- Engaging in up-selling or cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.Prospect and identify new sales opportunities through incoming calls, research, cold-calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery of services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and expand the customer base.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements while maintaining profitability for the company.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-lasting relationships.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
