Territory: AR, IA, IN, IL, KS, MI, MO, NE, ND, OK, SD, TX, WI

Job Duties:

• Develop and execute sales plan
• Drive market share and profit margin growth
• Foster sales in plumbing, irrigation, and HVAC markets
• Build relationships and trust through professionalism, communication, and follow through
• Recruit, manage, and train independent manufacturer representatives
• Prepare and present product launch, technical training, and business review presentations
• Monitor marketplace pricing and competitive landscape
• Communicate pricing, lead time, and product updates
• Exhibit at trade shows and industry events
• Support customer service, manufacturing, shipping, and accounts receivable teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Experience: 5 years (Preferred)
