As a Business Development Associate, you will have the chance to make a significant impact from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients to build a robust client portfolio for our agency's new division
- Research and understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively tailor our services and value proposition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless transition of new clients
- Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide regular reports on progress and performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and emerging opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven mindset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
