We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced membership sales leaders.

Job Description:

• Build and develop relationships with members to achieve our vision of a vibrant TITLE
• Demonstrates a passion for delivering exceptional service every day and inspires by example
• Drives store sales by authentically suggesting items to members to meet their active lifestyle needs
• Proactively source// follow-up with prospective members
• Demonstrates performance, with drive and passion to achieve Club goals
• Stays current on all product knowledge and communicates features and benefits to members to build member knowledge and confidence in the product
• Helps to execute daily club activities, enhance membership experience and relate with members
• Able to serve in a leadership capacity and must keep club clean
• Analyze sales statistics for areas of improvement
• Track results and trends business forecasting
• Develop innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Job Skills: Must be professional, on time and reliable. This is a must.

• Must be a friendly, energetic, outgoing, personable individual.
• Must be confident with the ability to sale
• Must have high energy, be able to motivate members and staff.
• Strong leadership qualities, pro activeness and resourceful
• Must be coach-able, creative

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or higher Prior experience in sales, customer service or fitness industry

• Physically in shape and able to take 45 min Boxing Group Cardio class
• Ability to build rapport with members and prospective members

Salary: Competitive - Depends on Experience Generous incentive compensation plan and discretionary bonus

• Plus Commission and club level bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Shift Hours:
4:30PM - 8:30PM (Monday - Friday)
9AM - 1:30PM (Saturday - Sunday)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Weekends as needed
