We are Looking for a qualified salesperson to join our team here at Midway Trailer Sales!

*This is a commission based position*

The Ideal candidate for this position will; be knowledgeable on all the models that we sell, will deliver high quality customer service, and become a consultant to each customer on finding the trailer that aligns perfectly with their needs.

Qualifications:

-Be self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.

-Be committed to working as a team to provide outstanding customer service.

-Possess strong organizational and time management skills.

-Be able to use technology applicable to role, and to access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities.

-Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.

-Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections.

-Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone.

-Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process.

-Eager to learn dealerships best practices and advance customer service skills.

-Maintaining a customer database and timely communications with prospective buyers.

-Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required.

-Maintain and achieve the sales and customer satisfaction objectives set by management.

-Maintain high ethical standards in all actions.

-Always maintain professional appearance.

-Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.

-The better you sell the better your commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.87 - $20.31 per hour
