Minimum Skills and Competencies:

This great opportunity is responsible for conducting outbound calls to warm prospects, existing clientele and former clientele to sell on the benefits of speaking to an agent about Property & Casualty, Accident & Health and Medicare products. Once an establishing conversation is had, the Inside Sales Representative will then connect prospective clients with a Licensed Sales Agent. Our Inside Sales Representatives all also receive inbound overflow calls and conduct qualification processes before completing the connection to an agent. During the non-busy season this position will also be calling for collections. We work collaboratively to support the team’s energy, morale, and production!
