Essential Functions

• Develop and execute client specific strategic plan (Key Account Plan)
• Generate profitable revenue growth and deliver budgeted revenue targets
• Leverage Archway’s robust Line of Business portfolio and maximize client’s wallet share
• Manage the client pipeline process through our CRM
• Actively collaborate with internal teams effectively to identify and develop new solution opportunities for all clients
• All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• Minimum of five years of related experience in a service or solution focused business specializing in large account management
• Proven experience in selling complex service and solutions at the executive-level to large and medium public and private companies.
• Experience in developing and executing Key Account Plans that focus on client growth, financial performance, value-based selling and driving opportunities to close.
• Demonstrated business acumen and strategic planning skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with internal and external audiences as well as with all levels of an organization
• Ability to travel 50% of the time, social and economic conditions permitting
• Self-motivated, self-directed, and self-driven
• Supply chain marketing services, product distribution and logistics experience are an advantage
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written including excellent presentation skills
• Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred.
