Job Description for Sales Management:

• Management & Motivation of Sales Team
• Increase overall membership sales and revenue for the fitness club through tours, presentations, telephone inquiries and internal and external lead generation within the membership base and community.
• Proficient in company selling methods in order to discover prospective buyers' fitness goals, their motivation for joining, and using the objections as opportunities to increase prospect-to-join ratio.
• Generate leads and execute sales to achieve assigned individual and team goals.
• Develop relationships with new members to make the club part of their lives, get solid referrals, and create a community within the club.

Qualifications of a Sales Management:

• Must be passionate about the health and fitness industry.
• Confident in ability to succeed in a performance driven, fast paced environment.
• Experience in objection handling and turning them into opportunities
• Ability to develop a rapport and build relationships with prospective members.
• Pro-active in lead generation; both inside the club and out in the community at community events, corporate outreach, and business-to-business.
• Proficient in computer and data entry skills.
• Out-going, dynamic personality with a "can do" attitude
• Strong needs analysis, presentation and closing skills.
• Strong memorization skills
• Must have 3 years of management & sales experience.

Compensation of Sales Management:

• We offer a Bi- Weekly Salary and in addition to that Daily Commissions with Daily/Weekly and Monthly bonuses based on performance!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Medford, NJ 08055: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
