Wellness Consultant Job Description

Vida-Flo is a medical spa franchise concept that offers rehydration therapy and vitamin injections to an upscale market in multiple states. Job Summary

The Wellness Consultant (WC) will be responsible for the daily front desk functions including but not limited to; checking clients in and out, membership sales, cash handling, customer service, obtaining vital signs and disconnecting IVs at our Flagship locations in Buckhead, Brookhaven and our new location in Decatur. The WC will report directly to the Clinic Manager and work in conjunction with our Hydrocare Providers (Registered Nurses).

We are currently seeking an outgoing individual with front desk or sales experience. CNA, Medical Assistant, EMT or equivalent experience in a plus. Candidate must possess tremendous multi-tasking skills and be very flexible. Outstanding organization and computer skills are a must. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in the daily business cycle of the clinic through front desk operations, customer service, sales building, teamwork, and clinic upkeep/maintenance.
• Ability to discuss and sell membership packages available to clients.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Focus on the Company's Core Values in decision-making.

Job Specifications

Minimum

• The candidate should have experience in the medical, retail, fitness, or restaurant industries.
• Reliable transportation to/from the clinic and local areas for offsite events and/or house calls.
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous customer service, medical or spa related experience.

Skills and Abilities

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to prioritize assignments and projects in an efficient and timely manner.
• Ability to keep calm and focused under stressful situations including customer facing, medical emergencies, and product/staff shortages.
• Moderate computer skills including knowledge of MacOS, Apple iOS, Microsoft Office, Google Docs. Experience with online based software Booker, Gusto, or Deputy is a plus.
• High energy with great history and expectations of success without a fear of failure
• Ability to calmly and rationally communicate and handle disgruntle client complaints.

Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time. Typical shift is 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Compensation: $15/hr plus competitive sales commission
