Full description of the position

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Complete weekly and monthly inventory

- Complete and submit DSRs, as well as make deposits, by 11 am daily

- Prepare and submit weekly schedules for all staff to adequately cover all shifts

- Ensure staff arrives to work on time, in uniform, and is presentable

- Provide coverage in case of employee absence

- Delegates appropriate daily tasks to staff

- Oversee cleanliness of bar, paying special attention to possible health hazards and code violations

- Oversee the preparation of beverages and ensure quality of product served

- Ensure company compliance with all training requirements

- Ensure TABC compliance for bar and employees

- Ensure proper cash management

- Ensure bar is well-stocked

- Review sales and costs, and reconcile any discrepancies in accounting

- Resolve customers complaints promptly and according to company guidelines

- Schedules weekly and monthly events

- Present new ideas and ways to increase revenue

- Ensure all computers are in working order, at all times

- Complete weekly LBW ordering, retail, and any other purchasing needs

- Maintain an organized office space, including securing confidential information

- Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced environment

- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed

- Minimum of 40 hours per week. Holidays and weekends are a must!

Skills:

- Must have 5 years management experience, customer service, and excellent communication skills

- Must be great with marketing and advertising, and be able to always maintain a friendly professional demeaner

- Must have the ability to multi-task, keep accurate track of inventory, make deposits, great with safety and security, and cash handling

- Must have solid computer knowledge and be quick with troubleshooting

- Must be dependable and punctual

- Must be able to pass a background check

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Excellent customer service

- Multi-tasking ability

- Problem solving ability

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Should have basic accounting knowledge and an understanding of P&Ls

- Ability to deescalate tense interactions, and maintain restraint in stressful situations

- Enthusiastic, energetic, and a can-do attitude

Property Manager Responsiblities

· Oversee all units on owned property (Ste A-C, Palm Liquor, Shempy’s, Reel Wicked)

o Collect rent (enforce compliance, issue receipts)

o Manage any repairs/renovations

o Ensure schedules are complete & assist with staffing for Ste A-C

o Ensure properties are maintained and free of litter

§ Schedule rotating lawn maintenance, pest control, etc.

o Be on call for any emergent needs that may arise during operating hours

· Supervise all management personnel for company-owned properties

o This includes staffing and security

o Promotions

o Maintain positive and professional demeanor for all our businesses and/or properties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
