MetroWest Subaru seeks a customer-focused service BDC team leader to lead our brand-new service BDC! We are looking for an experienced service BDC representative that puts the client experience at the forefront of everything we do. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the scheduling needs of an automotive dealership's service department, a great attitude, and a willingness to teach and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Work in a call center environment primarily making outbound phone calls to drive traffic to the service department.
• Lead and coach junior representatives to achieve the goals of the service department.
• Be the first line of communication between potential clients and our service department.
