Job Description: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and identifying potential candidates for our recruiters. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to individuals and organizations from the lists provided to you. Through effective communication and a deep understanding of our company's offerings, you will engage with prospects and nurture a level of interest, laying the groundwork for the recruiters.
Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation: Utilize the provided lists to identify and qualify potential leads and candidates that align with our company's criteria.
· Outbound Calls: Make high-volume outbound calls to reach out to prospects and introduce them to our opportunities.
· Qualification: Assess their suitability for our offerings and determine if they are a good fit for further engagement with a recruiter.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand their requirements and collaborate on identifying the best potential candidates for their positions.
· Data Management: Accurately and consistently update the CRM system with prospect information, call outcomes, and relevant notes to ensure data integrity.
· Metrics and Reporting: Keep track of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, lead conversion rates, and engagement success. Provide regular reports to management on your progress and achievements.
· Feedback Loop: Provide valuable insights and feedback gathered from interactions with prospects to help improve marketing strategies, lead generation processes, and overall team performance.
Requirements:
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
· Previous Experience: Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is preferred but not mandatory.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate our company's offerings clearly and convincingly.
· Persuasive: A confident and persuasive communicator who can handle objections gracefully and adapt to different communication styles.
· Results-Oriented: A self-motivated individual who thrives in a target-driven environment and is determined to achieve and exceed set goals.
· Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the recruitment team, providing support and assistance when needed.
· Resilience: Able to handle rejection and remain persistent and positive throughout the lead generation process.
· Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of calls effectively.
