Rently’s single family sales division is seeking a Single Family Sr. Account Executive eager to execute enterprise selling into some of the United State’s largest real estate operators and key accounts. The Single Family Sr. Account Executive will leverage full sales cycle experience within the single family/SaaS vertical.
Job Duties:

• Understand Rently’s value relative to single family operators
• Leverage Rently product knowledge and historical trends/patterns to win and or grow accounts
• Hunt and farm leads utilizing prior experience selling into single family/SaaS industry
• Utilize sales methodology to meet and exceed MRR, quarterly, & yearly quotas
• Manage 15-25 accounts leveraging expert communication and documentation, including but not limited to Salesforce, Constant Contact & other leading sales software
• Serve as a mentor and guide to Account Executive and SDRs
• Cross-functionally collaborate with internal teams
• Travel as needed to key accounts

Skills & Qualifications:

• Single family SaaS experience - REQUIRED
• 5+ years enterprise SaaS experience running full sales cycle
• Planned, tailored, and conducted discovery meetings and product demos
• Created client contract/proposal/SOWs and presented/negotiated for win-win outcomes
• Sales methodology (Challenger, MEDDIC, Customer-Centric, etc.)
• KPI and data driven with proven track record as a top performer
• Salesforce, Constant Contact, and other sales software experience
• Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding quota via inbound & outbound leads
• Trained and or mentored Account Executives and SDRs
• Organized, highly communicative, and customer-centric
• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree

For applicants located in California, the salary range for this full-time role is expected to be $80,000-85,000 per year. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Rently reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications, and that the expected salary range may be different for candidates located outside of California.
