PAY SCALE INFORMATION:
$108,000 - $400,000 in commissions
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
We are seeking passion and excellence. Strong salesmanship and ability to problem solve with a positive attitude and dynamic personality. Preferably has previous luxury automotive sales experience in New or Pre-Owned sales. Provide excellent customer service with the ability to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships. Build and maintain client base through consistent follow-up with phone calls and scheduling appointments to review new product lines. Ability to communicate effectively with guests, peers, and management to meet guest needs. Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 2 years Automotive Sales Experience preferred.
Professional appearance and work ethic
Applicant must have proven and successful sales experience at a reputable automotive dealership.
This is a full-time position, schedule includes rotating days, evenings, and weekends.
We utilize state of the art technology and require all sales professionals to utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
Candidate must have a sales license and pass driving clearance (no more than 2 points).
Mandarin speaking candidates welcome.
