The job entails selling major appliances to consumers who are walking into the store or calling on the phone. This job requires outstanding customer service before and after the sale. It means warmly greeting our customers and determining their needs and wants when it comes to appliances so that the best recommendation can be made for a new item. Developing an in-depth knowledge of the features and benefits of all the appliances available to us and explaining use, operation, care and the warranty of the item is essential. Being able to provide specification sheets, quotes, and a sales order are all important to finishing the sale. It includes answering any questions the customer may have regarding financing and payment plans. Finally, building relationships with those customers to earn future business and following up after the sale to ensure they are happy with their purchase. The last benefit to employment is that we are closed every Sunday and all six major holidays. So you always get a weekend day off!!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
