Welcome to Lease End. We help people manage their options for purchasing the leased vehicle they love. With our extremely simple end-of-lease process anyone with a leased vehicle can easily determine the best purchase options for their situation. We are looking for talented, hungry sales advisors to help us grow this one-of-a-kind business. We train our advisors to become specialists in auto financing. They take incoming calls (no cold calling!), process applications, answer customer questions, provide guidance and support, and help customers decide the best way to finance their vehicle purchase. During the process our advisors structure lease buyouts, present customers their options, and advise customers based on their financial circumstances. Our sales advisors speak with customers around the USA and must feel comfortable processing customer information during a short call. We make the process as simple and streamlined as possible for our customers.

The best candidates will have the following:

• Desire to be aggressive, ambitious, and part of a start up culture.
• Positive attitude to work through challenges, help create a great work atmosphere, keep the company growing at a fast pace, and get s#!% done!
• Excellent verbal skills to explain processes and options, ease anxiety and confusion, and shepherd the customer through the buyout process.
• General understanding of basic loan processes and terminology.

Pay:

This is a commission-based position. During your training period, you will receive $1,000/week. After that, you'll enjoy uncapped, commission-based earning potential, along with access to our complete benefits package.
