Essential responsibilities:

• Be a leader and provide the focus for your sales team.
• Work directly with your manager, team, and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a customer network.
• Consistently provide enthusiasm and high energy through out the sales workday.
• Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs.
• Answer internet leads in a timely manner by phone, text, or email.
• Answer sales calls and set appointments for clients.
• Reach or exceed store goals and produce a 12-15% closing ratio on internet leads.

Experience required:

• Dealership experience is a plus.
• Proficient in CRM/DMS.
• Experience with DealerTrack, VinSolutions, and VAuto a plus.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Prior internet experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory MVR.
• All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen.
