Are you passionate about technology and exceptional at connecting with customers? We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Assisted Sales Representative (ASR) to join our team at MTI. As an ASR, you will play a vital role in driving in-store sales, fostering brand advocacy, and creating memorable experiences for consumers.

Responsibilities:

Brand Representation:
As an ASR, you will embody our clients brand identity and ensure that all interactions align with our brand expectations, creating a positive and consistent image for our customers products.

In-Store Selling:
You will excel in in-store selling, both independently and in collaboration with Retail Sales Professionals (RSPs). Your expertise will enable you to set up sales opportunities for RSPs, contributing to successful closures and increased customer satisfaction.

Feedback and Training:
Providing valuable feedback and guidance to RSPs on retail products and effective selling techniques will be an essential aspect of your role. Your insights will contribute to enhancing their sales skills and product knowledge.

Cultivating Brand Advocacy: Your focus on creating brand advocates among both RSPs and consumers will be instrumental in strengthening customer loyalty and word-of-mouth promotion of our customers products.

Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest Home Electronics (HE) products and features. Your deep understanding of our offerings will enable you to effectively engage customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to meet their lifestyles.

Engaging Customers and Closing Sales:
You will be adept at engaging customers, actively listening to their preferences, and recommending products that align with their unique needs. Your sales expertise will drive successful closings and customer satisfaction.

Reporting:
As needed, contribute to the preparation of monthly reports, providing valuable insights and data that will help shape sales strategies and performance optimization.

Market Intelligence:
When required, contribute to market intelligence reports, sharing observations and market trends that will inform our decision-making processes.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail, with a track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect effortlessly with customers and collaborate effectively with RSPs.

Passion for technology and a genuine interest in home electronics products and innovations. Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic retail environment and thrive in a team-oriented setting. Proven ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
