As our company continues to grow Upward is looking for a Dealer Support Manager. This individual will lead their team to ensure that Upward continues to provide superior services to our dealer network. This key, hands-on opportunity is best suited for those with the determination to create valuable relationships, a willingness to understand industry trends, and a commitment to our core values.

The Senior Inside Sales Manager must demonstrate:

• Strong customer focus and exceptional skills at cultivating relationships with customers and colleagues
• The ability to set and pursue goals with a passion for reaching or “blowing past” those goals
• An ability to organize, motivate and affect the actions of others to get results
• A love of learning and anticipating the needs of our customers

Senior Inside Sales Manager Primary Responsibilities:

• Team engagement and coordination
• Oversee the dealer support team
• Provide dealer analysis and outreach
• Manage inbound dealer support assignments
• Prepare and implement training for dealers

Senior Inside Sales Manager Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree preferred
• Dealer networking experience required
• Willingness for some travel
