Regional International Corp, a medium and heavy-duty truck and trailer dealership is currently seeking a full-time Outside Parts Sales Representative to join our Geneva Team. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for achieving and exceeding established sales goals, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Person is a vital part of the customer experience, and provides support to customers, conveying confidence and knowledge by promptly responding to calls, emails, and other correspondence, and treating customers and co-workers with respect.

Qualifications that a candidate MUST possess to gain consideration for this position:

· At least 2 years of experience in sales.

· A professional appearance and outstanding interpersonal skills

· Ability to use a personal computer, a general understanding of Microsoft Office software programs, and ability to learn other database or proprietary software programs

· Excellent follow-through and problem-solving skills

· Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills

· Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and the Dealership

· Ability to utilize CRM tool ( Salesforce) on a daily basis

· Must have valid driver’s license

· Must have reliable, insured vehicle to support and sustain daily travel requirements

· Must be able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate customer availability
