My Wireless, a nationwide authorized retailer for* AT&T Wireless* has an immediate opening for a looking for a District Manager in the Las Vegas area. As a District Sales Manager you will be implementing programs, creating overall vision for each store and implement various policies and programs to drive sales performance.
Job Description
Our District Sales Managers are team leaders that are charged with maintaining multiple store operations and seeing that their markets not only run smoothly but also meet or exceed budgets and sales goals.
As a District Manager you will get an opportunity to:

• Execute and succeed on sales initiatives provided on a monthly basis
• Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning team members; following up on work results
• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training team members
• Achieve sales objectives by preparing a monthly action plan, motivating team members, analyzing performance metrics, and initiating corrective actions
• Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
• Protects team members and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
• Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
• Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications**
*Required Qualities:*

• 2 years Retail Management Experience (Multiple Locations Preferred)
• Ability to work at multiple locations within district
• Recruiting and training
• Results driven and strategic planning
• Communicates powerfully and prolifically
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
• Ability to work at multiple locations within a district (territory may include several zip codes)
• Willing to relocate if necessary
