We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Entry Level Account Manager who we can train to bring on new business and hit sales quotas.
Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Leverage all given resources and solution selling to expand margin dollars and exceed sales targets
- Communicate effectively with all relevant departments, including Sales Representatives, Account Managers, and Customer Support Associates to establish and accomplish goals
- Ensure that new customers are informed of and fully utilizing all of our products and services features
- Facilitate the placement of sales orders and monitors fulfilment process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Navigate company structures to get past gatekeepers and influence decision-makers
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions that will meet or exceed expectations
- Demonstrates technical sales ability with in-depth knowledge of our products and services by attending daily client meeting in-office or via ZOOM
Entry Level Account Manager Requirements:
- Knowledge of sales cycle and solution selling techniques
- Proven approach to access decision-makers at client organizations
- Outgoing personality and an exceptional listener
- Have intellectual agility as well as an entrepreneurial and growth mindset
- Demonstrates drive, initiative, energy, and sense of urgency in acquiring and serving clients
- Passion for learning and professional development
Education And Experience We Look For:
- High school, secondary diploma, or equivalent required
- College degree preferred
- Background in business development, customer service, or sales
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,500.00 - $61,471.00 per year
