We are seeking a high performing, seasoned Region Sales Manager to join our team and execute our sales strategy across the territories in Central California and the Las Vegas area.

The ideal candidate would have extensive sales experience and a proactive management style. They would effectively execute the sales system in their assigned region to achieve Company goals including market share/ sales volume, extraordinary customer service levels, gross margin, financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales and growth targets and to grow the customer base within the assigned region.
• Leadership over a 10-12 person sales team, serving as the liaison for team to the home office.
• Achieving annual sales targets.
• Sales revenue planning with assigned Account Manager by product/ customer.
• Daily, weekly and monthly check-ins and management of required sales tracking.
• Interact effectively with key internal partners (finance team, customer service, marketing, education, the warehouse).
• Monthly check-ins with sales team to drive core business strategy.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through conflict resolution.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing superior customer service.
• Effective time management.

Knowledge/ Skills/ Experience Required:

• Sales experience with effective decision-making skills and the determination to win.
• Outstanding listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Conflict management skills.
• Flexibility, and result-oriented adaptability.
• Able to work in conditions of uncertainty.
• Able to take responsibility for results, decisions.
• Ability to identify problems and apply creative solutions.
• Customer-focused, able to work in a team environment.
• At least two years’ experience with B2B sales and sales management.
• Experience with hair care or beauty products preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
