Supply Chain and Inside Sales Associate - Supply Chain Specialist

The Ideal Supply Chain and Inside Sales Associate - Supply Chain Specialist:

• Manage purchasing forecast and update weekly
• Update Supplier PO and releases based on approved forecast
• Monitoring and managing inventory levels to avoid excess or shortage of material
• Communicate with supplier frequently to obtain updates on material lead time
• Communicate with customer regarding inventory availability, material lead time

Supply Chain and Inside Sales Associate - Supply Chain Specialist Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business, supply chain, or operations management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that allow for the development of strong relationships both internally and externally.
• Strong decision making, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Excel

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• ERP System experience
• Experience in steel or automotive industry
