We are currently looking for an educational or sales representative to work on our sales team. Candidates must be high energy, driven, and financially motivated. There must be a strong commitment to succeed. Ideal candidates will be able to work independently and creatively, with attention to detail, multi-task with changing priorities and frequent interruptions while meeting prescribed deadlines. Candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time and commissions job. Candidates are expected to do the following duties:

• Completed 100-200 calls a day
• Leads will be provided
• Contact old clients to find opportunities for new business
• Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are being met
• Meet monthly sales goals

Skills and experience required:

• Strong Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service skills
• 2+ years of sales experience in a office setting and having to meet a quota (educational sales experience preferred)
• Quick learner

Salary is based at 45,000 plus Bonus of 45K-70K.

This is an immediate hiring position. TIA is one of the largest training schools in NYC. For over 10 years we have serve thousands of students classes in IT, Business, and Medical.
