Full description of the position

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for roofing and renovation projects? We are seeking a motivated Canvasser to join our team and help us generate qualified leads for our roofing and renovation services. As a Canvasser, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers by knocking on doors in targeted neighborhoods.

Responsibilities:

• Memorize and deliver sales scripts and statements provided by the employer.
• Engage in door-to-door visits to introduce the employer's offerings to both potential and existing customers. Additionally, make cold calls to follow-up, deliver pitches, and process orders.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge about the product, service, or policies being promoted to persuade individuals to embrace the proposals.
• Gather important information, such as contact details and signatures, from potential leads and clients for future follow-up.
• Skillfully address inquiries and overcome objections to achieve set objectives.
• Recruit, train, onboard, and provide guidance to new canvassers.
• Participate in industry events and exhibitions, including fairs, rallies, and shows.
• Consistently achieve daily and weekly quotas for acquiring client information and obtaining signatures.

Qualifications:

• Outside sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with homeowners.
• Strong persuasive skills to effectively convey the benefits of our roofing and renovation services.
• Familiarity with basic technology tools, such as smartphones and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a desire to achieve and exceed lead generation goals.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
• Must be able to prove sales track record-Successful experience in competitive environments

Pay: $56,000.00 - $162,000.00 per year
