We have an immediate opening for the important role of New Home Sales Professional for Reality Homes Inc. in the Yakima Washington area. The position brings with it the opportunity to have a financially rewarding sales career as a member of a team consisting of the industry’s top talent.

We welcome the experienced sales professional If you have strong sales skills, knowledge of the new home sales industry, are motivated, professional, appreciate quality and have a desire to learn, implement, and follow a new home sales process, we want to meet YOU.

This position is full time and is Tuesday- Saturday 9:00am - 5:30pm

Requirements:

• Three years Professional Sales experience
• Proven Record of Success
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent customer management and database skills
• Positive attitude to provide excellent support to customer, coworkers, and management; award-winning personality
• Excellent written and telephone communication skills
• Able to work alone or with a team
• Manufactured Home Sales Consultants encouraged to apply!

Compensation:

• Base Sales + Commission
• Medical Insurance
• Earning potential for meeting minimum sales quota is $80,000-$170,000.
• Paid Vacation and select Paid Holidays
