Full description of the position

We are a boat dealership in the Seattle area looking for an enthusiastic full time salesperson for our boat dealership (Rock Harbor) and boat club (Carefree Boat Club).

Boats are mostly 18-35 ft runabouts, pontoons, and cruisers. We have a large number of boats arriving each month and this is a great opportunity for someone to earn six figures in your first year with us!

You will be fully trained on the dealership software and CRM system.

Candidate must reach sales targets and receive high customer service reviews. Current requirements are to prospect, reply and communicate with all leads via phone and email, manage leads in the CRM, and follow up. Be well educated on our product lines and show boats to customers. Educate customers on boat owning vs joining our boat club and recommend best fit.

Candidate must be self motivated, have previous experience in sales, and have knowledge about boats and boating. Job will pay competitive commission. Must have own transportation. Please include a resume and include relevant experience with boats.

Previous sales associate, sales representative, account manager, sales manager, or sales support experience preferred.'
