Position Summary: Provide internal support for customer inquiries and orders in a courteous and professional manner on all domestic and international orders.
Duties:
  • Answer incoming calls & respond to emails & faxes from customers.
  • Enter customer quotes and orders in database.
  • Provide quotations per department guidelines.
  • Filing and document management.
  • Complete and communicate daily shipping report to customers.
  • Perform follow up calls on quotations.
  • Communicate technical data to the production floor and quality.
  • Resolve and customer disputes or warranty claims.
  • Order any necessary parts or services for customer orders.
  • Other duties as required.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Must be a hands-on person capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Must be willing to work additional hours when required, including Saturdays.
  • Good customer service attitude & skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of products & services available, domestic & international.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
Education and Experience:
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Sales experience.
