Structural Buildings is a leader in designing and constructing a wide array of building types throughout Minnesota and the surrounding 5 State area. Our expertise ranges from post-frame, steel-frame, masonry, stud wall frame, and tilt-up concrete buildings, allowing us to provide the best type of building for our customer's project. We have offices located in Becker MN, Crosslake MN and Frederic WI. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team.

As a Sales Consultant at Structural Buildings, your main responsibilities will include maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, taking part in ongoing training initiatives, and promptly following up on customer leads. You will collaborate with customers to assess their needs, provide education on our products and services, and offer personalized recommendations. Moreover, you will ensure that purchase agreements are accurate and complete before submitting them to the drafting and production teams. You will also perform project estimating, monitor project progress, and manage any change orders that may arise.

Our ideal candidate has proven work experience as a sales consultant, general knowledge of construction processes, and is competent with laptops and smartphones. Previous experience with a CRM and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Strong communication skills and excellent organizational skills are a must, along with the ability to prioritize and multitask. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
