Our community outreach coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and developing the community and alumni outreach for SunCloud Health and internal operations. This position must have a positive and supportive attitude and its overall success.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Participate in community outreach and marketing activities for SCH and promote exceptional customer service throughout the organization
• Maximize direct outreach opportunities by continually expanding referral sources
• Act as a resource to Alumni and internal and external customers. Meet and exceed the outreach goals for subscribers by leveraging internal and sovereign health resources which raise awareness with community referral sources and the general public
• Develop and implement an SCH alumni program, providing clear strategic directions, together with a tactical action plan designed to meet and exceed growth goals
• Develop and implement an annual Alumni Program plan in collaboration with the SCH clinical team
• Meet with each patient during the discharge planning process to introduce the Alumni program and to discuss program engagement and transition
• Manage online alumni connections and database
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field, or relevant sales/marketing experience. Previous behavioral health experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to build relationships with alumni, families, and others
• Knowledge of social networking and online communications
