Continuing education business looking for a full-time customer service sales person (Educational Services Representative) for our Palm Beach Gardens office. Our international organization has been in business since the mid-1980s and is a leader in continuing education for healthcare professionals.

Customer care is paramount for our organization. Educational Services Representative will provide superb service in both sales and customer relations through inbound and outbound sales, along with face to face at-seminar interactions. This has long translated into customer retention spanning into decades. We also focus on educating our customers rather than using a hard sell. Applicant must enjoy working individually and as part of a team, as well as traveling throughout the US and Canada (1 to 2 times per month).

Responsibilities and Duties

1) Domestic Seminar Operations – In Office

· Assist with inquiries, and promote the sale of our educational seminars and products.

· Make outreach calls to alumni to support our customer's educational needs.

· Prospect for and maintain relationships with distributors of our educational products.

2) Domestic Seminar Operations – At Seminars

· On-site operational set up and support for seminars, as well as interacting with teaching staff and venue site

· Inform and guide the attendees with educational offerings and product sales through one-on-one interaction, as well as classroom announcements.

3) Motivation

Qualifications and Skills

REQUIRED AND PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

· Bachelor’s Degree.

· Sales and Customer Service experience with ability to develop customer relationships.

· Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects at a time, happily.

· Computer literacy in word processing, excel program, as well as quick learner of customized computer programs.

· Strong oral and written communications skills.

· Able to carry boxes occasionally (at seminars)

· Self-motivated and positive outlook on life.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
