DENTAL SALES/TREATMENT COORDINATION

Bucks County Smiles is a Complete Health Dental practice that emphasizes the oral-systemic connection.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned training, developing a comprehensive understanding of oral-systemic medicine

• Serve as liaison or point of contact between patients and the practice over the phone, through remote audio-visual media, and in person.

• Create value of treatment for the patient, and develop financial agreements that help the patient to fit the treatment into their lifestyle

• Reserve patient appointments according to scheduling guidelines/protocol.

• Maintain database entries on patients including attempts to contact, treatment plans, discussions and follow through

• Provide feedback and recommendations to team leadership on areas and opportunities for improvement

• Perform other administrative and supportive duties as needed

Ideal Candidate possesses these qualities:

• Bachelor's degree BA/BS from an accredited college or university is highly preferred

• Dental, pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare background

• Experience in sales and marketing to individuals/patients

• Computer skills/proficiency in: word, excel, (Dentrix proficiency is a plus)

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
