We are looking for an experienced D2D sales rep to help lead and develop our in house solar sales & solar panel cleaning program. Our company is on pace for over 200% growth in 2023 and actively seeking a motivated candidate to add to our training and management team.

About the Job:

• Manager's go-to in helping to duplicate success in sales team
• Train, develop and manage solar energy canvassing team alongside management
• Prospect and sign new clients via door-to-door canvassing for Solar Panel Cleaning and oversee cleaning routes
• Residual income for signing new Solar Panel Cleaning Routes
• Expand product knowledge to include roofing, windows, HVAC, and solar panel cleaning and take the "Advosy Total Home Energy" approach
• Use company applications to manage canvassing operations and CRM
• Hands-on training with team both in office and in the field
• Experience in D2D including pest control, alarm systems, solar, home services, etc. encouraged to apply!
• Team performance incentives, team overrides bonus pay, and residual commissions for recurring services on top of generous personal commissions

About you:

• Works independently without needing to be micromanaged
• Excellent communicator
• Minimum one year in leadership and/or team development
• Experience in D2D, B2B, or direct sales preferred
• Sports-minded, competitive, team based mindset
• Open to learning new skills and being coachable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
