Full description of the position

Orchard Hills is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative. This representative must focus on creating the best possible experience for our members both on the phone and in person. Having the ability to communicate in a professional manner in either Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus but not required.

This representative will also be directly involved with the sales of memberships and the conversion of guests to members.

This representative must also possess the following:

• Energetic and great interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to multitask while working in a dynamic environment
• Ability to learn new software and be technologically savvy
• Must work well with other team members to accomplish a common goal.
• Ability to think through membership issues
• Be able to stand on their feet for extended periods of time
• Have the ability to lift up to 45lbs

This position will be operating from Sunday-Thursday with Friday and Saturday off.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
