We are Located in Northridge California. We are an online fashion accessories retail business. We sell on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Wish Tradesy, and other online marketplaces.

Our company is looking for an online specialist / office and warehouse assistant. In order for you to be selected as a candidate, you will need the ability to be very organized, have excellent computer skills, have knowledge in online marketplaces like Amazon.com [please apply online] etc. A pleasant personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued. Knowledge in social media is a must.

As part of this position’s responsibilities are to handle clerical tasks in our office. We need help with quality control of daily online orders, daily inventory organization, packing and shipping, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products - online
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer service - answer questions and resolve issues
• Merchandise new items online over Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other marketplaces
• Pack and ship daily orders
• Inventory and organization
• Product quality control - includes fixing simple jewelry and accessory
• Performing general office clerk duties and errands
• Maintaining supply inventory
• Managing social media daily posts
• Taking pictures and videos of new product

Skills

• Fashion accessory and jewelry interest and knowledge
• Familiarity with Words, Excel, Photoshop, social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.)
• MUST HAVE knowledge in online marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.
• Excellent selling and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness for feedback
• Ability to work well under limited supervision
• High motivation and energy
• Excellent English
• Positive attitude
• Able to work full time Monday – Friday
