Full description of the position

Sid Dillon is adding an Automotive Sales Professional at our Wahoo location. We sell and service Chevrolet, Buick, and Fords. Sid Dillon as a whole is a family owned and operated business that has been around for over 45 years, happily serving the mid-west with their automotive needs. Responsibilities of a Sales Consultant:

  • Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
  • Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote himself/herself to guaranteeing satisfaction of customers
  • Keep up to date with incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers
  • Properly answer sales calls
  • Learn, use and perfect CRM

Qualifications for Sales Consultant:

  • Strong work ethic to succeed both professional and personally.
  • Great attitude and positive outlook
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Able to provide exceptional customer service, customer follow up and ability to generate new business
  • Comfortable with commission based compensation
  • Outgoing and friendly personality while handling objections and negotiating price
  • Professional appearance, oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a highly energized, fast paced, adaptive environment
  • Flexible schedule with Saturdays required
  • Bilingual is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
