Position Overview
The primary role is to be first point of contact for sales and design studio clients. Administrative responsibilities will include reports, addendums and Buyers Option Master List.
The typical schedule is Monday – Friday but must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include occasional evenings and weekends. Remote work is unavailable for this position.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and find important information quickly
- Answer phones and greet homebuyers
- Learn and retain complete product knowledge of our homes
- Maintain office supply inventory and order requested supplies as needed
- Assist with event support to ensure sales models are in show-ready condition
- Open and close models
Skills and Experience
- Two years’ experience in an administrative role
- High school graduate; college graduate preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficient with social media for content creation and monitoring
- Experience working independently as well as within cross functional teams in a collaborative environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, and vendors
- Excellent interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers such as being personable and attentive
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to maintain composure when faced with difficult situations and personalities
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
