The Craig Hartranft Team has an unmatched opportunity for a buyer’s agent. Our proven, differentiated marketing system provides unlimited, qualified leads. In addition, we are the only agency in our area who offers a Guaranteed Sale Program. If we do not sell the home, we buy it! Our team members spend the most time doing more of what they love (converting leads, selling and making money) and less of what they don't like (handling time-consuming paperwork).

In 2022, our team placed number five for total homes sold in Berkshire Hathaway nationally. Our average agent is in the top 5% of agents nationally. We have a proven track record and training program that allows agents the opportunity to reach heights many never thought possible !

This position has a guaranteed salary of $40-60,000 with unlimited opportunity for growth. Potential to earn $100,000+.

This is a full-time position which requires some evening and weekend work so please do not respond if you are seeking part-time employment. A real estate license and some experience is required.

Requirements:

• Real Estate license or willing to obtain your real estate license
• Have a strong work ethic and desire to be successful

Responsibilities:

• Showing properties and working with home buyers
• Answering the phone for our many incoming leads
• Following up with leads using our proven systems
• Negotiating Contracts and attending settlements
