Renhill Staffing is partnering with a company in Swanton, Ohio to find qualified Sales People.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in closing sales, not just order takers
• Quality phone and communication skills
• Correct writing and grammar skills.
• Understands and has simple computer skills, Gmail, and Google, working in a CRM etc.
• Able to do standard math.
• Can problem solve.
• Able to handle customer issues in a positive way.

The ideal candidate must be polite, trainable, can be competitive yet not overbearing, has the ability to get along with others with a willing attitude. They must be serious about a full-time position and wants to have a career with a company. Can work weekdays from 9 am to 6 pm and can work rotating half-day Saturdays. Good attendance and reliable transportation is a must.

Previous "relationship selling" experience is a plus.

Knowledge and experience with horses is a huge plus.
