Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist sellers in marketing their property, listing, advertising.
• Manage inquiries by phone, email, text and CRM in a timely manner.
• Advise on pricing property and market value.
• Show buyers properties that meet their needs .
• Maintain a positive relationship with Lenders, appraisers, escrow companies, and home inspectors.

Required Work Experience:

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred.
• New York State real estate license or certification/desire to pursue.
• Previous Sales Experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $82,070.00 - $95,855.00 per year
