JOB TITLE Industrial Outside Sales Representative / Sales Engineer
FULL-TIME Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
LOCATION Menomonee Falls, WI

JOB DESCRIPTION Techmaster seeks an employee for an outside sales position. The applicant will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, following up with potential leads. Applicant should enjoy learning, have an upbeat personality, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. It is important the applicant have the ability to form quality trusting relationships with customers and vendors by providing excellent service and follow-through.

Applicants with sales experience and or technical knowledge in robotics, motion control, pneumatics, hydraulics, or aluminum extrusion is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an engineering or technical discipline
• Technical knowledge of the industrial automation industry
• Proven technology skills and Industry experience
• Two or more years in sales engineering or consulting

What you will do:
• Learn and understand our suppliers, products, solutions and resources
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain our products & services to customers
• Assess customers application needs to help specify the specific product requirements
• Understand customer needs to provide cost effective solutions
• Secure and renew customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service
• Help engineers solve application challenges with our products
• Recommend products by showing how they will lower costs or increase production
• Utilize our supplier resources and our on staff technical support teams
• Become a valuable part of our professional technical sales team
