DESCRIPTION
We are hiring a Director of Sales at our Baywood Lodging & Conference Center in Moon Township, PA.
Baywood Conference and Lodging Center is a 100 year old unique property. Sitting on 35 acres of pristine landscape housing four separate facilities: the Main House, Lodge, Guest House, and Carriage House. Each one of these facilities provides a unique and memorable experience for our guests. With only 11 guest rooms, 17,000 square feet of event space, and a very close knit team, our guests experience here is sure to be nothing but personalized and extraordinary. Responsibilities:
- Provide the highest quality of service to our customers at all times.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets, with a strong focus on Catering Sales.
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
- Guide sales and marketing efforts as well as advertising tasks, public relations and administrative reporting.
- Define and implement sales and marketing activities according to the Marketing Plan.
- Prioritize, document, and organize work to meet deadlines .
Qualifications:
- Prior Catering Sales experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze financial and competitive data to make informed decisions.
- Service oriented, attention to detail, customer centric.
