Job Description:

The Sales Lead will be responsible for prospecting potential customers and working with our sales team to close sales. The Sales Lead will be responsible for setting up appointments with potential customers and closing sales. You will be in the daily sales rotation and receive F&I training to fill in as backup when needed.

Essential Job Functions:
·Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
·Meet or exceed established goals.
·Contact potential customers to determine if they are interested in our products or have questions about our products.
·Set appointments with customers to discuss our products and answer their questions about our products.
·Process customer orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
·Communicate with internal teams regarding customer inquiries, order status, delivery issues, etc.
·Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
·Must have prior experience in customer service or other related fields.
·Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
·Must have excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to work well with others.
·Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks on their shoulders.
·Must have the ability to learn new software programs quickly and perform duties efficiently.
·Must be able to work weekends as needed (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
