Commercial Real Estate Broker Assistant

Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty is a fast-growing company that provides a wide range of services in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to assist our team in the Columbia, SC area.

Principal Broker is a commercial real estate advisor. The focus of this endeavor is to provide consultative services needed for transacting commercial real estate sales and leasing while representing owners, Landlords and Tenants. General Responsibilities include scheduling of professional activities on behalf of the Principal Broker, preparation of documents, input and manage daily information on websites, marketing, and social media, and generally assist Principal Broker in his day-to-day activities. Requirements include proficiency in Microsoft Suite of applications, manage multiple websites, positive outlook, ability to organize and manage multiple tasks, initiative to work on your own when Principal Broker is out, desire to thrive as a part of a small Team that employs high standards in a relaxed environment. Also, a plus is experience in using CRM and backend management of websites.

** A South Carolina Real Estate license is a plus, but not a requirement**

**This position would require 15 - 20 hours per week.**

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
